Provide more info. Like this is the only car it won't work on?  Bluetooth led on the 2534? VCI has green check mark? 

 No BT led on the VCI then? I assume? Try a cable?Check for corroded terminals on the car. Make sure the ignition is off 10 seconds before hooking up the VCI and then key on only, then go to settings on the tablet, turn BT off for a few seconds and then back on, wait for the VCI to show on the RH side of the screen indicating the tool see's it and exit settings and wait. Once in a while I have to do the same, I do lots of diag's, all day long every day
